Our Policies

The Boho Space
Policies

All hair color appointments must send a non refundable deposit of $50.

Please show up at the time of your appointment. Coming earlier to your appointment will mess with the schedule for the rest of the day.

Clients have a 10 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment. After 15 minutes, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you no call/no show, you will no longer be able to book a future appointment with me. A charge of 50% of the service will be charged on your card failing to give notice less than 24 hours.

If you are sick, you MUST cancel your appointment before 24 hours notice. Failing to cancel before a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your services to your card.

If any charges are not paid, you will not be able to schedule an appointment until charges are paid. If they are not charged day of, they will be automatically charged at your next visit.

Rescheduled/Canceled appointments are allowed up to 3 times. After the 3rd time, I will no longer accept you as a client.
